I believe that we need to feel safe and heard before we can start to do the deeper work. I listen and create space for you to share your story. Then, we find a path forward that is specially tailored to you, balancing tools and actions in the present moment with the deeper emotional work of understanding the past and believing in the future. We will celebrate your progress as those difficult changes and realizations start to come naturally all on their own..

My Story

I pursued my counseling education because I am fascinated by our human stories and how they shape us. After experiencing the challenges and healing from my own life experiences, I understood myself better. I had found my spark, and I knew that I wanted to see that spark click into place for others. I believe that communication, love and authenticity in each of us can change families and communities.

I have worked in community mental health, crisis intervention, hospital systems, and in private practice. I provide counseling for adults, college students, and the LGBTQIA+ and kinky communities, specializing in helping clients navigate big life changes.

In my personal time, I enjoy connecting with friends, hiking with my hound dog, going on Zwift or Disney runs, singing along to Taylor Swift, reading a Star Wars novel, writing fanfiction or hitting the rollercoasters at Universal Studios.
